In the aftermath of the death of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez theories flew around about whether the death of Venezuelan President could have been chemically induced by exotic cancer bio-weapon.
According to Aporrea website, the United States could be involved in the operation to infect the body of Hugo Chavez with cancerous cells. The US, the website says, had been developing a technology to infect the late Venezuelan president with an aggressive form of cancer since 2003.
Scientists acknowledge that Nano weapons can transport different types of nanoparticles capable of provoking a variety of diseases such as infarction, stroke, respiratory failure, dementia, AIDS and others.
Fidel Castro, who himself had survived hundreds of hi-tech assassination attempts by the U.S. in the past half of a century, therefore gave him some advice: "Chávez, take care. These people have developed technology. You are very careless. Take care what you eat, what they give you to eat...a little needle and they inject you with I don't know what."
On the day of Chavez's death, Vice President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, said in an address to the nation that "there's no doubt that Commandant Chavez's health came under attack by the enemy," in that "Chavez's cancer was an 'attack' by his enemies" (meaning the U.S.), as reported by Tracy Connor for NBC News on March 06, 2013.
Later, General Jose Ornella, head of Venezuela's presidential guard, "echoed the concern of Vice President Nicolas Maduro that some sort of foul play was involved in Chavez's cancer.'I think it will be 50 years before they declassify a document (that) I think (will show) the hand of the enemy is involved,' he said. The general didn't identify who he was talking about [or what the classified document was exactly], but Maduro suggested possible U.S. involvement...," as reported by Fabiola Sanchez for the Associated Press on March 06, 2013.
Combination of cyber and biology has been studied for the past two decades by American scientists in order to be leveraged in US government contingency plans. Cyber bioterrorism is to deliberately spread biological elements including bacteria and viruses into human body which leads to a gradual breakdown of body functionality.
Since then the technology has developed in an excessive way that factors like bombs, microbes and other new pathogenic emerged and revolutionized this field.
Moreover, Microsoft Co-founder Bill Gate lecturing at Munich Security Conference said: “The next epidemic could originate on the computer screen of a terrorist intent on using genetic engineering to create a synthetic version of the smallpox virus ... or a super contagious and deadly strain of the flu.”
He added: “Getting ready for a global pandemic is every bit as important as nuclear deterrence and avoiding a climate catastrophe. Innovation, cooperation and careful planning can dramatically mitigate the risks presented by each of these threats.”
The probing question is why of one of the world's largest IT companies’ former director comments on such a problem. Is it because of the fact that after abandoning Microsoft and establishment of various institutions in the field, he has warned about future bioterrorism? Is it possible to find a thread in his talk in today's digital science too? Are bioterrorism attacks a different development?
